After
our design presentation, you
may decide that you like the plan and want to have it installed.
Your designer or architect will then discuss with you the
steps to take to make this happen.
Basically, your designer or architect will ask you a number
of questions.
Can
you afford to have it done all at once? If not, which
part of the design is your priority? Do you want the
patio put in before the screening? Can we create and
plant the beds before we build the retaining wall? Our
job, at this point, is to not only give you advice about the
order in which the work should be done, but also to work within
your budget. It's best for both of us if we don't have to
"redo" work over time--more economical for you and
time-saving for us! Once you and your designer or architect
determine and agree to the phases and cost of your landscape,
installation begins.
From
this point on, you have will have a team working for you:
your designer or architect, the foreman (chosen for his expertise
in the landscape elements your project requires), and the
crews. Your designer or architect will schedule a day
to begin the work and then show up with the foreman and crews
to begin. The designer, architect, or foreman will always
be on site, not only to ensure that your project is completed
in a timely and professional manner, but also to answer your
questions and make any adjustments as they arise.

As
we mentioned earlier, our goal in every project we undertake
is to create not just a landscape, but a garden: a special
place for you and your family with all your favourite elements;
a garden for all seasons, for years to come.
