FREE Estimates/Planning

For clients interested in professional installation, we come to your home for a FREE landscape estimate. Please call to make an appointment with one of our designers. Our FREE estimates deal with one specific garden area. During these visits, your designer will conduct a thorough analysis of your property. This analysis includes noting, at a minimum, the following:

Your designer will ask you very specific questions about how you envision the property, including, as relevant, types and colours of the plants and style of garden you like, sitting areas or construction features you want, areas you'd like to reserve for children or pets, and so on.

Throughout the FREE estimate, your designer will give you ideas and suggestions, pointing out things to consider, as well as offering feedback on your thoughts. As mentioned before, our FREE estimates deal with one specific garden area--such as the front foundation or a backyard patio. Before your designer leaves, he or she will sketch the proposed landscape along with FREE cost estimate.

We charge a fee for projects involving several areas, because they necessitate a master plan and require much more time and detail. Should you wish to get a master plan, your designer would let you know their fee for drawing a "to-scale" blueprint plan with accompanying cost estimate.

If you like our FREE estimate of costs, we continue to the installation and construction phase. If you decide you want the master plan, we continue to the design phase.
