WELCOME!
English Country Gardens is a landscape construction and planting company and full service retail garden centre serving Northern Virginia. It was founded by an Englishman, Peter Field. Peter was born and educated in London. He has studied landscapes in the classic cities of Rome, Amsterdam, Florence, Brussels, and Venice and he has brought not only that influence, but his English background and education to this country. In 1985, he opened English Country Gardens. We offer landscape consultations, designs and estimates at your home and along with that, we can install everything we design. Whether you prefer a quiet spot to relax on your patio, a cooling pergola in the heat of Summer, a serene water feature, or a cozy, warming fireplace in the Fall. Or maybe its a meandering walkway, seat walls to gather with friends, or just to enjoy the fragrance and colour of your favourite plants, we can design and install a garden for all seasons, for years to come. |
